Hunter will explain why cross training is important and give you insight as to why it will help you when spring comes around. Hunter will also give you indoor training workouts that will keep you MOTIVATED! Every cyclists struggles with being motivated as the winter progresses – and no one likes to be trapped indoors – but these workouts will keep you on the right track and make sure you don’t fall off pace for when spring riding comes around.
