Summer time blues… unfortunately most riders have experienced this and there is always the question of what do I do now? Do I push through and hope it passes? Do I take a break? If I take a break then when and for how long? What exactly is best for me? Hunter Allen has heard them all over the years and now is ready to discuss exactly what you should concern and what your next move should be. Hunter will delve into the best time to take a break during the summer, how long you should rest for during the summer and what you need to be doing during that time when you are not on the bike and training. Hunter will give the insight on exactly what is best for athletes and how to handle the blues. Hunter will also share three summer specific workouts to focus on while training.
