NAMRITA KUMAR'S BUILD TRAINING PHASE PLAN
As your volume and intensity ramps up during training, your fueling needs also change. This plan provides easy to prepare meals using healthy ingredients to optimize energy production during the build phase of your training, while providing between 2000-2200 calories per day. This plan is designed to be a daily nutrition plan but does not account for during workout sports nutrition. Four weeks of detailed meals and snacks with caloric breakdowns for each. Your package will come with easy-to-make recipes and flexible options. These plans are simple to follow and can get you the results you are looking for at a great price!
HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR PLAN:
Once you purchase the plan you will be emailed a PDF of your plan. Please note our store hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Eastern Time. Any orders placed outside of store hours may not be filled until store hours resume.
