Winter is upon us once again and that means it’s time to prepare for the trainer, cross training, and making sure all is balanced. Hunter Allen will jump into what you need to focus on with your winter workouts. Hunter will explain why it is important to get in the shorter but intense workouts and what benefit they will have for you. Hunter will also provide a variety of workouts that will help keep you motivated and focused while training. He will provide variety to keep you from getting bored – not only riding, but in all areas of fitness that you will focus on throughout your winter training. Hunter will also discuss the important of balancing intensity within your workouts and then delve into cross training and the importance of that and why you need to add it into your winter workout routine. Hunter will make sure that you are making the most of your winter training and come out completely prepared for spring training.
