Join Hunter Allen as he discusses winter training and what exactly you need to focus on throughout the winter to ensure you are prepared for spring training and racing season!

Hunter will first delve into the importance of cross training. This is often an overlooked area as cyclists tend to only think about strengthening their legs and focusing on riding their bike. Hunter will explain why cross training is important and give you insight as to why it will help you when spring comes around. Hunter will also give you indoor training workouts that will keep you MOTIVATED! Every cyclists struggles with being motivated as the winter progresses – and no one likes to be trapped indoors – but these workouts will keep you on the right track and make sure you don’t fall off pace for when spring riding comes around.
