But what specifically do you need to focus on with spring training? What do you need to do during this season to ensure that you are prepared for the upcoming race season and making sure you are on top of things as races season progresses? Join Hunter as he jumps into the topic and discusses what you need to be doing throughout spring. He will discuss how to balance your spring training and racing and look into a typical month of April to give you an idea of exactly what he means and what you need to be doing. Hunter will also delve into sprint workouts and what make up a great sprint workout and why they are imperative to training. Hunter will use WKO to do a power analysis of a sprint workout and show you exactly what type of data you are looking for when looking at a sprint.
