Winter is just around the corner and not is the time to address exactly what you need to do be throughout the winter to stay on top of training and lay down some goals and begin the path to reaching them! Join Hunter Allen as the jumps into helping you develop your winter plan. He will discuss all the things you need to take into account – from recharging from the season, to focusing on specific things while training during winter. Hunter will provide examples of workouts to do throughout the winter and discuss keeping variety in your plan to keep you motivated and prevent boredom. Hunter will explain the importance of balance throughout your winter plan and training and will also delve into the importance of cross training being a part of your winter plan. For those of you who have never done cross training in the winter before – Hunter will provide guidelines and explain exactly what you need to be doing. You don’t want to miss out!
