You're coming in on the end of winter training and need to get ready for spring training and racing. Now comes the difficult question – how do I transition from winter to spring? Luckily, Hunter Allen is here to help guide you and explain exactly how to transition from one season into the next smoothly. Hunter will provide three specific workouts that will help you transition over from winter into the spring. Hunter will also provide a sample week of training in February to help give you an idea of what you need to do while transitioning and let you see exactly what you are looking for and need to focus on while transitioning over. Hunter will then go into WKO TrainingPeaks software and explain how to use and utilize Multi-File Range analysis and just in time for the upcoming season. He will walk you through in the ins and outs of Multi-File Range analysis and ensure you know exactly what you are doing in order to get the most out of your power data.
